MPFC is approved as Aviation English Language Training Organization and Testing Service Provider vide DGCA approval certificate AELP/2021/002 Dt.8th Apr 2021.
Under revised regulations of CAR Section 7 Series G Part III, a candidate shall undergo minimum 30hrs training for Aviation English Language Proficiency (AELP) before appearing for the AELP Test.
COURSE ELIGIBILITY
Passed English language Exam in Class 10 or 10+2 Examination
Passed all written examinations for issue of Licence.
Defense Personnel with Flying Experience of 1500 hours exempted from Aviation English Training.
CERTIFICATION
Candidate is awarded AELP Training Completion Certificate in accordance with CAR Section 7 Series G Part III/V

Cover language and communication skills in areas of the following:-
Aerodrome communication
En-route communication
Pilot/controller and Controller/ controller interactions
Triggering actions in aeronautical communication
Sharing information in aeronautical communication
Incident reporting in aeronautical communication
Aviation related lexis
Miscellaneous language of aeronautical communication such as managing an emergency with other cabin and fight deck crews; calming unruly or distressed passengers; handling hijackers, terrorists, etc.; and liaising with fire crews and emergency services.

AELP TESTING
PRE-REQUISITES
Age: - not less than sixteen years of age on the date of application.
Qualification: passed Class Ten Examination or its equivalent examination from a recognised Board.
Training: - For initial issue of License: Minimum AELP training of 30hrs / 200 hrs, as required from DGCA Approved AELP organization
AELP Training not required for re endorsement of AELP score on existing license
